Hello there, Are you struggling with being able to manage the different areas of your life? Do you feel like you are constantly thinking or worrying about “what could go wrong”? Do you sometimes feel like your past gets in the way of living your life in the moment? I help people struggling with stress and anxiety related to different areas of their life. I also help people heal from their past and current negative experiences and/or trauma. Together we will work on identifying triggers and coming up with effective techniques to manage the stress, anxiety, trauma, and anything else getting in the way of your success.
Therapy is an important step and it can be scary and feel overwhelming. My role is to create a safe space for you to share whatever thought, feeling, memory, experience that may be difficult to talk about and to incorporate evidence based techniques to help manage your feelings and prioritize your self-care.
